An Internet product and marketing expert, Andy Jedynak’s background includes executive leadership and board roles at high growth B2B and B2C companies. Previously, Andy was CEO of Poptent, a global video crowdsourcing company, board member and interim CEO of Proximic, a Silicon Valley internet technology company, and President and Chief Marketing Officer at KidZui, the Internet for Kids. Jedynak was also Chief Marketing Officer at WeatherBug (Earth Networks, Inc.), where he became an early pioneer and industry leader in the app and mobile space, leading the growth of WeatherBug from a concept to one of the top digital properties worldwide.
In the 1990's Andy worked at NBC, first within traditional media functions including sales, marketing, and television producer, then later within Internet development disciplines for multiple digital properties including NBC Local and msnbc.com.
Jedynak has been active in the Internet world since before the web became a reality. He is chairman emeritus of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Mobile committee, and over the past 20 years has been published many times in Internet industry publications, as well as spoken at numerous major internet conferences in the US and internationally, covering issues related to media convergence, online advertising and marketing, mobile, and Internet apps. Previously, in the mid-1980’s he was Editor in Chief of “Informative Networks on Computers,” an online and print publication that focused on and predicted the evolution of Internet as a new mass medium. Jedynak later graduated from the University of California with an emphasis in communication and computer science.
Before beginning his career in media, internet and technology, Jedynak played professional basketball in Europe.

Prior to NeuroGym, Dave was a Senior Vice President with Technology Assurance Group, VP Finance & Administration with a TaylorMade Golf licensee, and held several leadership roles with TaylorMade-Adidas Golf, a $2.0 billion revenue market leader in Golf. He has a BS degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo.
An expert in the global brand digital marketing space, JR is a seasoned marketing veteran with Fortune 500 companies and deep roots in entrepreneurship. As Vice President of Digital Marketing, Social Media and CRM at MasterCard, he directed US digital marketing strategy for the core credit card and loyalty programs supporting acquisition, usage, and retention. His team’s management of consumer and B2B digital advertising, SEM/SEO, video, microsites, and loyalty email programs helped deliver year-over-year sales growth for the company.
Prior to that, he served as Director of Development at Oracle, where he oversaw a digital management platform designed to build and scale digital and social marketing and CRM initiatives to maximize customer engagement and meet brand objectives for clients such as American Express and Johnson & Johnson. Other experience includes leading marketing and strategic teams at Loews and News Corporation.
JR earned a Masters from Columbia University in Organizational Behavior and received his MBA from Babson College, the top-rated school for entrepreneurship. His winning business plan at Babson led to the building, venture financing and eventual sale of BrandAid, his first marketing agency, before the age of 30.
