Acceptance of Terms

Dear Valued Partners:

Understanding by virtue of our partnership that you’re incentivized to promote our products, we want to make sure you’re aware of and adhering to our Partner Paid Search Policies.

These policies apply to all partners’ paid search marketing efforts driving traffic, registrations and sales of NeuroGym products, across Google AdWords, Bing Ads and their respective search partners.

1. In order to protect our brand and its various marks, we ask that you do not advertise on the following terms or their misspellings:

NeuroGym

In order to ensure your ads do not serve for queries including these terms, please also add them as broad negative keywords at the campaign level.

2. For all other keywords, including product names such as Brain-A-Thon, Winning The Game of Money, etc., we ask that you do not outbid or outrank NeuroGym in paid search results.

It is your responsibility to monitor and ensure that your advertising efforts are in compliance with these policies. Policy violation is cause for termination of the partnership.
