Brent Strehlow has served as CEO, COO or in an executive transition role for the last 23 years. His experience in the development field has focused primarily on leadership development having developed a comprehensive approach called The 6 Levels of Leadership. This process is strategy culture transformation process including development, assessments, feedback and coaching for all levels of the organization. Brent is an expert at an unconscious behavioral assessment tool called Extended DISC and with his customized 360 tool has help build 100’s of teams and organizations.
As founder and President of TMI Leadership Consulting, Brent has worked with companies like Bank of America, Nissan, ONEOK, BLS, Duke Energy, ONE Gas, HRG, City of Miami Beach Police Department, Arlington Police Department, Perot Systems/Dell Technologies and GVTC Communications and many others. Since 2015 Brent has been involved with NeuroGym to provide executive and strategic development of the organization. In 2017 Brent transitioned to the COO role to enhance NeuroGym’s growth and accelerate market growth in providing products to businesses and large organizations.
Brent grew up in Texas and is married to J.C and they have three grown children: Lindsey, Alica and Sabrina. Brent and J.C. live in Cardiff, CA and they enjoy the ocean, golf, football, boating and time at the lake house.
Dave brings more than twenty years of business experience with a focus on the operational and financial management function to the team at NeuroGym. He combines cross-functional experience in Strategic Planning and Leadership, Marketing and Business Development, and Finance.
Prior to NeuroGym, Dave was a Senior Vice President with Technology Assurance Group, VP Finance & Administration with a TaylorMade Golf licensee, and held several leadership roles with TaylorMade-Adidas Golf, a $2.0 billion revenue market leader in Golf. He has a BS degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo.
An expert in the global brand digital marketing space, JR is a seasoned marketing veteran with Fortune 500 companies and deep roots in entrepreneurship. As Vice President of Digital Marketing, Social Media and CRM at MasterCard, he directed US digital marketing strategy for the core credit card and loyalty programs supporting acquisition, usage, and retention. His team’s management of consumer and B2B digital advertising, SEM/SEO, video, microsites, and loyalty email programs helped deliver year-over-year sales growth for the company.
Prior to that, he served as Director of Development at Oracle, where he oversaw a digital management platform designed to build and scale digital and social marketing and CRM initiatives to maximize customer engagement and meet brand objectives for clients such as American Express and Johnson & Johnson. Other experience includes leading marketing and strategic teams at Loews and News Corporation.
JR earned a Masters from Columbia University in Organizational Behavior and received his MBA from Babson College, the top-rated school for entrepreneurship. His winning business plan at Babson led to the building, venture financing and eventual sale of BrandAid, his first marketing agency, before the age of 30.
